Arkonis · AI Automation
Every growing company hasa bottleneck it cannot see.
We map it, price it in hours, and build the system that removes it. No dashboards to learn. No processes to change.
Free diagnosis · No contracts · You own every system we build
Nobody notices the workthat never stops.
It never lands on a report. It has no owner and no line item. It is spread thin across every week, in ten-minute pieces, and it is almost always the most expensive thing a growing team does.
- Lead response delayInbound inquiries sit unanswered for hours before a human replies~14h/mo lost
- Manual data re-entryStaff copy the same lead data across three disconnected tools~9h/mo lost
- Follow-up depends on memoryNo system prompts the next touch — opportunities go cold~22% drop-off
- Weekly reports built by handSomeone assembles numbers from five tabs every Monday~6h/mo lost
- Scheduling ping-pongThree emails and a reschedule to book one meeting~5h/mo lost
- Knowledge lives in peopleThe answer exists — inside one person's inbox, and they are on leaveUnmeasured
Typical ranges for a 10–50 person team, not results from a specific engagement. Your real numbers come out of the Map — measured, not estimated.
Four phases. No surprises in any of them.
The same sequence every time. You always know which phase you are in, what it produces, and what it costs before it starts.
Weeks
- 01
Map
Weeks 1–2
We follow the actual work, not the org chart. Every repeating task gets documented, counted, and priced in hours. You receive the map whether or not you hire us to build anything.
Produces
- Process inventory
- Hours priced per task
- Ranked bottlenecks
- 02
Model
Week 3
The system is designed on paper before a line of it exists. What runs automatically, what stays with a human, what happens when it breaks, and who gets told. Approved by you, in writing, before anything is built.
Produces
- System design
- Human-in-the-loop points
- Failure plan
- 03
Build
Weeks 4–7
We build it and run it in parallel with your current process. Nothing gets switched off until the new path has handled real volume and you have watched it work.
Produces
- Working system
- Parallel run
- Live monitoring
- 04
Hand over
Week 8
Documentation, a recorded walkthrough, and every credential in your name. From this point you can run it, change it, or take it to someone else. That is the intended outcome, not a concession.
Produces
- Full documentation
- Recorded walkthrough
- Credentials transferred
Two kinds of system. Both run without you.
We do not sell software and we do not sell seats. We build inside the tools you already pay for, wherever that is possible.
Lead & revenue systems
Everything between an inbound signal and a booked conversation, running without anyone remembering to do it.
- Inbound answered in seconds, qualified, and routed to the right person
- Follow-up that fires on triggers rather than on memory
- One CRM record as the source of truth, updated by the system
- Pipeline reporting assembled without anyone opening a spreadsheet
Operational agents
Agents that handle the reading, sorting, extracting, and reminding that currently sits on your team.
- Inbound messages read, classified, and acted on automatically
- Documents and data extracted into the tools you already use
- Scheduling, reminders, confirmations, and no-show recovery
- Internal assistants answering from your own documents

The terms are theguarantee.
We are early, so we do not ask for trust on credit. We remove the ways this could trap you instead.
- 01
Every system is yours
Accounts, credentials, automations, and code are created in your name and stay there. Not licensed to you. Yours.
- 02
No proprietary platform
We build inside the tools you already use wherever it is possible. There is no Arkonis app you would have to keep paying for.
- 03
No long-term contract
The build is scoped and priced on its own. Anything after it is month to month.
- 04
Documented, not mystified
You get written documentation and a recorded walkthrough. Another engineer can pick it up without calling us.
- 05
It survives us
If you stop working with Arkonis tomorrow, everything we built keeps running. That is a design requirement, not a courtesy.
The ones worthasking first.
You don't list any case studies. Why should I trust you?
Because we are early, and we would rather say that than invent numbers or publish clients we do not have permission to name. What we can offer instead is sequence: the Map comes before any build commitment. You will see exactly what we found in your operation and what it is worth in hours before you spend anything on implementation. If the map is thin, you will know, and you can stop there.
Will this replace people on my team?
That is not what we are hired for, and it is not what the work produces. We remove tasks, not roles — the copying, the chasing, the re-typing, the assembling. What that returns is hours, and those hours go back into the work you actually hired people to do. If your goal is headcount reduction, we are probably the wrong firm.
We're not technical. Is that a problem?
No. It is the normal case. You are not asked to learn a platform, maintain anything, or change how your team works day to day. The Map phase is us watching and asking questions. The handover is a recorded walkthrough in plain language, plus documentation you can hand to anyone.
How long does it take?
Eight weeks end to end for a first system: two to map, one to model, four to build in parallel, one to hand over. The Map alone is two weeks and can be run on its own. Larger operations get scoped into more than one system rather than one longer project.
What does it cost?
The diagnosis call costs nothing and there is no deck. If we find something worth building, builds typically land between $500 and $1,000 depending on how many systems are in scope. If your situation falls outside that range, we say so on the call rather than after.
We already use specific tools. Do we have to switch?
Almost never. The default is to build inside what you already pay for and connect the gaps between them. We only recommend replacing a tool when it genuinely cannot do the job, and when that happens we will show you why rather than assert it.
What actually happens on the call?
Fifteen minutes. You describe where the work backs up. We tell you whether it is the kind of problem systems solve, roughly what removing it would be worth in hours, and whether we are the right people for it. If the answer is no, we will say so on the call rather than send a proposal.
The work that repeats is the work that costs you most.
Fifteen minutes,and a straight answer.
No deck, no discovery sequence, no follow-up drip. You describe where the work backs up and we tell you whether this is worth continuing.
No cost · No pitch deck
- 01You describe where work backs up
- 02We name the likely bottleneck and what it costs in hours
- 03We tell you plainly if we are the wrong fit
